Year 6 had a successful trip to the National Holocaust Centre. They learnt many things about the experiences of children during this terrible time. They experienced this through the eyes of Leo – a fictional character who was evacuated to England on the Kindertransport. They also watched real life account of people who had survived the Holocaust. They ended the day placing a pebble of memorial for all the children who were killed during the Holocaust.
