William Barcroft Junior School is a happy and vibrant academy where we aim to provide a first class education for all pupils living in our community. We have a talented, committed and caring staff, all of whom endeavour to provide the finest educational experiences and a wide range of exciting enrichment opportunities for every child at our academy. Everything we do strives towards our vision: We seek to inspire greatness in every child and to equip them with the academic achievements, life skills and personal attributes to lead happy, safe, successful lives.
The success and happiness of every child are of utmost importance to us and it is only through a supportive partnership between child, parent and academy that we can achieve this. We actively encourage parents to become involved in their children’s education and work with us to help them become the very best they can be. We have an “open door” policy which means parents and guardians are welcome to visit and discuss things whenever necessary.
Our most recent very successful Ofsted recognised our extremely high standards, however you are most welcome to come in and see the great team in action personally.
