Our Year 5 explorers had an unforgettable hands-on adventure this week at the Magna Science Adventure Centre. Stepping into the massive, repurposed steelworks, the children were immersed in the four elemental zones: Air, Earth, Fire, and Water. From witnessing the towering “Big Melt” pyrotechnic display to launching rockets and navigating underground tunnels, the students didn’t just learn about science—they felt it.
It was wonderful to see their curiosity in action as they collaborated on challenges and explored the industrial heritage of the region. The day was a fantastic success, sparking plenty of “lightbulb moments”
